Hello again, I am doing a eyeliner review!

The first liner I am doing is the black one it is a really cute liner it goes on with a brush like tip unlike most liquid liners. Now to the sparkle! The sparkle goes on pretty well, as you can see from the picture above it is not completely sparkle

Do You Got any Old Bags, Flips Flops Any  Buttons?

  1. Heat up a hot glue gun.
  2. Take an old cloth bag  flip-flops or any thing yo can glue buttons on. and with the hot glue gun glue buttons on it. If you want glue fake jewels on the buttons.
  3. your done! 

Do You Have Any Tacks,Buttons,Or Fake Jewels?

  1.  First heat up your hot glue gun and glue a button (or jewel) on a tack and once your done you can put them on your bulletin board.
